What do I do if I don’t want to place my order online?

How long will the delivery take on my order?
Each product on their website is delivered approximately 5 to 10 working days depending on your postcode - Once the order has been dispatched you will receive a call from their 2 man delivery service to arrange delivery. When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. You will be contacted prior to your delivery to arrange a convenient delivery time. They provide a two-man delivery service using their company vans.

Can I exchange the item?
For an exchange they must be contacted within 14 days of the delivery, the product must come back in the same condition it was delivered in having not been assembled and the exchange charge and cost of the new item and exchange fee will need to be paid prior to delivery and once the returned item has been inspected a refund of the product returned will be issued within 30 days of return of the goods.
