How do I know my order is confirmed?
Once you place your order Herbspro confirm it by sending an e-mail containing the unique order ID, expected date of delivery and tracking details of your order.
How can I check the status of my orders?
Herbspro will be sending you the delivery updates at every stage, from the processing to the delivery. You can also view the status of your orders and other related information in the ‘My Account’ section on our website. Go to My Orders and you will be finding the status of your specific order and their tracking information.
Can I pick up my order as I stay nearby to your store?
Sure, you can always contact their customer service representatives and inform them that you want to pick up the order. In that case, once the order is ready, instead of shipping it out, they will give you a call and you can come to their store to pick up the order.
Do you accept checks or money order?
Yes, Herbspro accept personal checks and money orders. The check/MO should be in favour of Universal Herbs Inc.
