What is the return policy?
You may return your pair of shoes within 14 days from the date of receipt provided that they are unworn, please return them in their original packaging. Orders eligible for a Free Return will include a pre-paid Collect+ label.*
Follow the below instructions to start your return:
Fill out your order form ensuring you mark the items you wish to exchange or return with the corresponding reason code or new size needed.
Pack the item/s up with the completed form enclosed.
Go to the Collect + website to print your RETURNS LABEL* or find the most convenient drop off location.
Attach the return label to the front of your parcel and head to your chosen location.
You will be given a receipt which includes your tracking number so please keep this safe. Allow 5 working days from the date of arrival for a return to be processed.
Alternatively, you can pay for the return service of your choice using the label on the order form.
FREE RETURNS ARE NOT APPLICABLE ON SALE ITEMS. FOR THESE ITEMS, DELIVERY WILL COST £4.49 WITH THEIR COLLECT+ SERVICE

Can I exchange?
They can exchange shoe’s sizes but they’re afraid they cannot change styles. Allow 5 working days for your return to be processed once received by their warehouse. You will receive an email once it’s been actioned. Any costs relating to the return would be payable by yourself unless they are able to offer an alternative free service in your location. Any shoes returned damaged, without their original packaging or outside the 14 day period are accepted at the discretion of Hudson Shoe Agencies Ltd. Therefore, should you think you may wish to return any item, please ensure that you keep the original packaging and invoice that the order arrived with. All refunds will be made to the original payment method used to purchase the goods and can take up to 5 working days to appear in your account.

This can depend on the style, details of the materials used are included within each style description page.
Can I pre-order an item if it’s not currently in stock?
Unfortunately not, you can only order items that are currently in stock. However, we regularly top up the stock on our website so please keep checking.
