J SELECT accepts VISA, Mastercard, AMEX and Unionpay.
What is the shipping policy?
* The freight paid for overseas orders does not include any type of surcharges or taxes.
* The final shipping cost will be updated based on the selected shipping method.
What is the return and refund policy
* Application within 7 days after delivery.
* The product is determined to be a factory-quality problem.
* Only products of the same model and colour can be returned.
* If the product has been discontinued/discontinued or belongs to an OUTLET product, J SELECT will provide a refund of the amount of the relevant product.
* If the goods are damaged or artificially damaged due to improper use, they will not accept returns or exchanges.
* Due to hygiene reasons, personal care products, food, health products, earphones and watches are not accepted.
How can I place my order?
You can place an order by filling in the electronic order form (hereinafter referred to as the “order form”) on this website. Once the order form is filled out and the order number is assigned, it is deemed that you have confirmed your order, and since then, the order cannot be cancelled or changed within the maximum scope permitted by applicable laws.
What if my order is damaged?
Unless you return the written error notification and error description together with the goods to them within 96 hours after the ordered goods are delivered to the delivery address. Otherwise, it is preliminarily deemed that they have fulfilled all responsibilities under the contract, and you confirm that the ordered goods are correct and that you are satisfied with their quality. If you are unable to comply with the above-mentioned time limit for a claim, unless you can fully explain the reason to them and prove that you have filed a claim as soon as possible, any late claim will not be accepted.
