What payment methods can I use?
Jaybird accepts VISA, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, EuroCard, Discover, American Express, Diner’s Club, JCB and PayPal as well as debit cards and ATM cards if they are issued by one of these major credit card companies. They also accept cheques, money orders, and wire transfers. If you choose to pay by cheque, money order, or wire transfer, you will receive instructions on how to send your payment once you submit your order.
When will my pre-order ship?
Pre-ordered products will ship when the product becomes available. You will be notified by email if the anticipated release date has changed or when your product has shipped. As a reminder, your credit card will not be charged until your order has been shipped.

How do I cancel my order?
After each order is processed, it is sent immediately to their fulfilment warehouse for shipment. Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped.
What will happen to my subscription if I cancel my auto-renewal plan?
You will receive the subscription service for the full-time period for which you have paid, even if the auto-renewal option is cancelled. Cancelling the auto-renewal on a monthly subscription means that the subscription will not be renewed in the following month but you will continue to receive the subscription until that time. Similarly, cancelling the auto-renewal on an annual subscription means that the subscription will not be renewed in the following year but you will continue to receive the subscription for the remainder of the year.
What is your refund & returns Policy?
The Logitech online store by Digital River offers a 14-day money-back guarantee. The refund will include the purchase price and original shipping and handling charges if applicable. If you encounter an issue with your order, please contact Customer Service. Orders for personalized or customized products (including without limitation engraving or etching) are non-cancellable and non-refundable after the order is placed, and cannot be exchanged. Returns will not be accepted except (a) in accordance with the standard limited warranty provided for the product; or (b) due to errors made by Logitech in customizing or personalizing the product. A replacement product provided under warranty may not be personalized/customized if Logitech has discontinued the personalization/customization service for that product.
