How will I know if my order has been shipped?
As soon as your order leaves Jewelry Affairs warehouse, their system automatically sends you a shipping confirmation email with your UPS tracking number. Click on the tracking number and you can access to-the-minute location information.
I put the wrong shipping address, or made a mistake on my order, can you change it?
If you receive an order confirmation email and notice a mistake with the order, please call Jewelry Affairs at 888-400-2749. If it’s after business hours, leave them a clear and detailed message with your name, phone number, and your order number (if available) at [email protected]
Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?
Orders can only be cancelled by a Jewelry Affairs customer service representative. You must call their customer service at 888-400-2749 to see if the order can be cancelled. Please be aware that customer service is available Monday through Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. EST. The best time to cancel your order is within 30 minutes of placing it on the website. The longer you wait the less chance you will have to STOP the order before it goes through our system to the shipping department. The order will be shipped and you will then have to return the merchandise.
