What is the payment method?
JOY accepts major debit/credit cards, and PayPal.
How long will it take an order to be dispatched?
Orders will be dispatched within 3 days of the order being placed and will be delivered within 3-5 days of the order being placed. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
What is the return policy?
In the unlikely event that an item you purchased online isn’t quite right, you can return it to JOY for a refund within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Provided the item is unworn and in a re-saleable condition with all tags attached, they will refund the full price paid for the item, less delivery. For hygiene reasons, certain items like pierced jewellery, underwear, swimwear, and opened beauty and grooming products cannot be returned.
Can I Exchange an Item?
You may exchange full price items for a different size or color completely free by returning them using the Royal Mail delivery label included on your delivery note or by taking the item in-store with your delivery note. Sale items cannot be exchanged. If you would like an alternative item, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.
Can I return an item bought online, to a JOY store?
Unfortunately, they do not accept in-store returns on items purchased online at present. This is something they would like to provide in the future and are in the process of working on.
