If you decide that your July product isnβt for you, you can return or exchange it anytime within the 100 day-trial periods. Request a return by simply emailing them at hello@july.com and they'll take care of it for you. July covers the cost of return shipping if youβve bought from either Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, or China. If you reside outside of these countries youβll need to cover the cost to return the product back to July i.e. if you bought a case in a store in Australia, flew back home to the U.S. and wanted to return the case, youβll have to cover the shipping costs.
