What are the shipping costs for an online order?
Shipping is free for you within Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Your order will be delivered to your home or to a packing station of your choice without additional shipping costs. For orders with a delivery address outside of Germany, additional shipping fees apply. Depending on the destination, these will be displayed to you in the course of your order.
How long does the delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 1-3 working days after they have handed your order over to their shipping service provider DHL. JUST4MEN will inform you by email as soon as your order has left their warehouse. Please note that next day delivery is not guaranteed. You also have the option of tracking the delivery via their parcel service provider DHL using a tracking number. If you have any questions about delivery, please do not hesitate to contact their customer service.
What do I do if the package has not arrived after a week?
As soon as your order has left the warehouse, you will receive a detailed shipping confirmation by email. The DHL deliverer usually needs 1-3 working days to deliver your package. If you have not received your package within the regular delivery time, please contact their customer service so that they can investigate the whereabouts of your delivery for you.
What do I do if the package/goods are delivered damaged?
If a damaged package has been delivered to you, you can write it down/report the damage to DHL or your nearest post office within 7 working days. Please bring your damaged package with you to report the damage. They recommend that you take photos of the damaged package and keep a copy of the damage report until the case has been finally resolved and you have been informed by DHL. Then please contact their customer service.
How do I return correctly?
You can return your order by exercising your statutory right of withdrawal or as part of their voluntary return guarantee of 30 days. For details, please refer to their general terms and conditions and the cancellation policy. Please ensure that the goods have been appropriately stored before you return them. This means that the item has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn longer than it was tried on and that all labels or tags are still attached to the goods. In the case of shoes, they ask that you only wear them on carpets / soft surfaces when trying them on, in order to avoid scratching the soles. If the returned goods are no longer in the appropriate condition described above, they reserve the right to refuse to accept the return.
