What is your international duties and taxes policy?
International customers are liable for any Customs Tax or Duties. The customer must pay additional charges for customs clearance if any. Katarina.com has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return any item purchased from Katarina. All jewellery and watches must be returned in new, unworn condition with its original tag attached. Before returning an item, you must request a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a “Free Return Label” will be emailed to you (Wherever Applicable) from their Customer Service Department who can be contacted via email. Be sure to indicate your order number (which appears on your invoice), the Product ID of the product(s) that you would like to return, your name and an e-mail address, and the reason for the return (please provide as much detail as possible).
When will I receive my refund?
Once the merchandise has been received at the Customer Service Center, they will inspect the goods and issue a credit to you for the applicable amount.
