When will I receive my purchase?
Lifeline Shop ships to any address in Australia. They aim to process all orders within 24 business hours from receiving the order. Lifeline Shop uses Australia Post to fulfil all of their orders and you have the choice of regular postage or express postage (express postage currently unavailable) for an additional fee (this option is given to you at checkout). Postage can take around 2 to 6 business days to arrive.
Can I return an item in-store?
Although Lifeline Shop would prefer to have products returned with their online team they can process a refund in any of their stores.
Can I exchange the item?
Lifeline Shop only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item then fill out the form on their contact page and send your item to: 491 Bilsen Road, Geebung QLD 4034, Australia.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, Lifeline Shop will send you an email to notify you that they have received your returned item. Lifeline Shop will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
