How can I track the status of my order?
After you place your order you will receive an automated confirmation email with tracking information. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email updating you on the delivery status with an associated tracking number. Please note: some carriers may not have tracking information available for up to 24 business hours after the order has shipped.
What if I entered the incorrect shipping address?
Contact their customer service team via
[email protected] with your name, order number and updated shipping address as soon as possible. In the case that your order has not been shipped yet, they will update your shipping information.
Can I make changes or adjustments to my order?
Unfortunately, they are not able to make any changes to the product in order after it is placed. However, Melinda Maria is happy to honour a price adjustment on items that are full price and currently in-stock within 72 hours of the retail purchase. Melinda Maria do not honour price adjustments on final sale items or items that were purchased with another promotional discount. To obtain a price adjustment, please send an email to
[email protected] within 3 days of your order date. If your order is eligible they will refund the difference to the payment form used during this purchase.
What if I am missing items from my order?
Email them at
[email protected] with a description of the items missing from your order and your order number. They will get the missing item(s) to you as soon as possible.
What is your return policy?
Melinda Maria believes that life is too short to wear boring jewellery and they are almost positive that you will be happy with your purchase. If in the unlikely event that you are not happy, they accept returns on all unworn items within 30 days of your purchase. Melinda Maria extend free returns to unsatisfied customers within 7 days of delivery of your order.
