What is your return policy?
Miss Mary offers a return policy of 100 hundred days if you would be unhappy with your purchase.
Can I do an exchange?
Please note that they cannot handle exchanges for Card or PayPal purchases. Instead, they ask that you return the item and place a new order for the item you wish to exchange it for.
Who pays the return?
If you change your mind or want to do an exchange, you need to pay for the return postage. You can send your return as an ordinary letter to them. In the case of a return, they will refund your money within 14 days of being notified of the return, although not until the goods have been received and checked by them.
Are shipping and handling fees refundable?

When will I receive my refund?
It can take up to two weeks from the time you send your return until they register it. Once they have registered your return you will receive a return confirmation from them. If you have paid by bank card, the money will be paid back to the card used at the time of purchase.
If you paid for your purchase through PayPal, the money will be repaid to your PayPal account. If you have not received a return confirmation from them within 2 weeks after sending your return, you are welcome to contact them at services@missmary.se
