How can I get my refund?
Miss Selfridge expects most parcels to be refunded within 14 days of posting. They will email you to let you know once your parcel has been received and processed.
Once you have received a refund confirmation email, please allow 5 working days for the refund to show in your account. If you are unable to locate the refund within this timeframe, please contact your bank/card issuer for further information.
Are you getting more stock in?
As a fast-paced fashion retailer, they were constantly trying to bring you the latest trends. This means that their items can sell out and they don’t always plan on restocking them. Miss Selfridge Customer Care team are unable to advise on whether an item is coming back into stock, but the good news is that they do sometimes restock some of their bestselling products, so keep checking back on their site to see if an item has reappeared, or use their handy store stock checker to see if it is available in a store near you. To use their store checker, select the option ‘Find in store’ next to the available sizes on the product page. You will then be able to select the required size and your location to be provided with store locations where the item is in stock in your required size. Please note: Stock moves fast and the stock finder is an indication where stock is available. They cannot guarantee it will be there for long.
Do you offer NHS or Armed Forces discount?
Miss Selfridge does not currently offer NHS or Armed Forces discounts. They are sorry for any disappointment caused. The discounts they offer to selected groups of customers vary from time to time and are purely for marketing and promotional reasons and not intended to deter any particular customer from shopping with them.
Can I cancel my order?
After you have placed your order, they promptly start to process your order and they are not able to interfere with this process before your order is dispatched and your card is charged. You are however welcome to return any items, which are no longer required, to them for a full refund using your enclosed returns label (free within the UK!) or to any of their standalone stores within the UK and Ireland.
