There are two options for cancelling an order you’ve already paid for. Details on how long it takes to process an order can be found on the “Deliveries” page of their website. Where possible, orders placed before 15.00 (French time) are dispatched the same day (apart from on weekends and public holidays). Orders placed after this time are dispatched the next day.
The refund process is initiated upon receipt of the package in their warehouse. It then takes a maximum of 14 days. As soon as the refund has been made, you will receive an automatic email named "Credit note", rest assured, this is indeed a refund. Be sure to keep the copy of the return label provided by the carrier until reimbursement.
