Can I return a product bought in store?
Only the finished products returned as a whole, in their original packaging complete and intact, and in perfect condition for resale will be taken back and will be the subject of a credit or exchange. Any product that has been damaged or whose original packaging has been damaged, will not be refunded or exchanged.
It is however specified that, in accordance with article L.121-20-2 of the Consumer Code, clearly personalized products are EXCLUDED from this right of withdrawal.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
