Monograms accepts VISA, Mastercard, Discover Card, Amex, and PayPal.
Will I be charged tax on my purchase?
Prices on the site do not include sales tax. Sales tax will only be charged at checkout for orders with a delivery address within the State of California.
Does Monograms ships globally?
Yes, Monograms ships to destinations all around the world.
How can I do an exchange?
They are unable to process exchanges right now. If you would like to exchange an item(s), please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order.

How long it takes to process a return?
Once they receive the returned box and confirm the item is unworn, undamaged, and unwashed, please allow at least 7 business days for your return to be processed. Your refund will be credited to the same payment method used when you made the original purchase. Monograms will send you an email once they have processed your refund. Monograms cannot refund a lost return that was sent using a method other than their return labels.
What is your return policy?
For domestic orders, Monograms accept returns for items in new condition – UNWORN, UNDAMAGED, UNWASHED – with original tags attached. Please note small makeup stains are considered damaged, so be careful when trying on your items. You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your shipment to postmark your items for return. Returns are FREE! Your refund will be credited to the same payment method used when you made the purchase.
All international orders, including that shipping to Canada, are final sale. They do not offer returns on international orders at this time.
