They will also send you a shipment confirmation email when your order leaves their warehouse and is on its way to you. You can also check your order status on-line.

Please contact them within 30 minutes of placing your order. They will make every attempt to cancel the order, but cannot guarantee they will be able to do so before the order ships. If they cannot cancel your order before it ships, the buyer is responsible for shipping the item back subject to their return policy.

If you are not completely satisfied with one of their products you may return it any time within 30 days of the date of sale for a hassle-free refund of the amount paid for the product. Refunds do not include shipping costs. They only specify that the product not be installed, damaged, missing components or manufacturer's documentation. Special order or non-stocking items are specifically exempted from this policy and will be assessed an appropriate restocking charge.
