What if I receive defective item?
Products/Vouchers that you purchase from the Site may also contain warranty documents on or inside the packaging. Any such warranty is provided by the Seller or manufacturer of the Product/Voucher and is not given by MyDeal.
Can I see the product in a showroom?
Unfortunately, as MyDeal is an online marketplace they do not have a showroom facility available where you can view products prior to purchase. MyDeal carefully selects each Seller and are dedicated to providing their customers with the best prices and the biggest range of products.
How can I place a bulk order?
If you are interested in purchasing a large number of products, please submit a question directly from the product page of the item you would like to order. Select ‘Bulk Order Enquiry’ as the enquiry type.
What is limited free shipping?
Limited free shipping applies to specific products when one or more postcodes does not require shipping costs. For example, free shipping may only apply to metro areas or specific suburbs.
Do you ship outside of Australia?
Unfortunately, items available on MyDeal can only be shipped to addresses within Australia. Delivery to overseas/international addresses is not possible at this time.
Can I pick up my order?
As a marketplace, sellers on MyDeal are located across Australia and beyond. Their Sellers’ products are available for delivery only; they do not offer a pickup facility.
