Here are some great tips & tricks for extra savings at Printful:
Printful accepts all major Debit/Credit Cards and PayPal.
They donβt ship to some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.
The list of restricted countries may change depending on world events, but for now, they donβt ship to the following destinations:
Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
Russia
Belarus
The Gaza Strip region in Palestine
Ecuador
Cuba
Iran
Syria
North Korea
Please note that Russiaβs war in Ukraine severely limits shipping to Ukraine. For now, theyβre only able to ship products fulfilled in their Latvian facilities.
Once your order is ready to go, they hand it over to the carrier and send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can click on that number to see the latest updates on your shipmentβs location via their tracking page.
Or you can go to the Orders section of your Dashboard, open a fulfilled order, and click See Tracking to follow orders using their tracking page. If you use Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, or Squarespace, your customers will see this page in place of separate carrier tracking links.
On top of having easy access to shipping details, the order tracking page is white-label. So hereβs your chance to add branding entirely for free.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. But no worries. They'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.
They may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming with your customer that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double-check that your customer got in touch with their local post office to try locating the lost order.
Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but your customer thinks they haven't received it, they won't take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.
You can check out their return policy for up-to-date details about reshipments.
If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to support@printful.com. Keep in mind that the whole item should be visible in the image. Theyβll take a look and get in touch with you about the next steps.
Sometimes they wonβt stock returned products for future orders. They do this to maintain the quality and hygiene of all orders they ship to customers.
Returned underwear, swimsuits, baby bodysuits, or other items that may come in contact with bodily fluids wonβt be stocked for future orders if the packaging is opened.
All other returned products wonβt be stocked for future orders if the item looks clearly worn or damaged.
These products will be processed the same way as damaged products.
You can report problems with an order through your Printful dashboard.
Log into your Printful account
Find order in your orders page - search using order number
Click on order to open order summary
Click "Report" to open problem report window
Write up your problem in detail and upload relevant photos where possible
Click "Report problem"
Be aware that Printful may require a photo to be submitted with your problem report to begin a reshipment. It is always best to include photos with your initial problem report to avoid delays.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
