What if I receive a damaged item?
In the event that any items are lost or damaged in transit please retain the items that are damaged and contact them immediately by email to [email protected]
They reserve the right to investigate the claim before replacing or refunding.
What is the SDress return policy?
They are proud of the quality of their product and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, they will exchange it or give you a refund, provided that the item is returned to them in its original condition and packaging, clean, unworn, unwashed, and with all labels intact. All items must be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.
When will I receive my refund?
After they have received your refund request, SDress will process the refund and notify you via e-mail. The refund will be in the same form of payment that you originally used. Refunds will be dealt with within 7 business days of them receiving your return. Please note that card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete. This depends entirely on the bank and card issuer and they have no influence over this.
