The product I bought from you is faulty, what should I do?
All hardware purchased from them is covered by a manufacturer warranty for a certain period (generally one year unless otherwise specified). If you are unsure whether your product is still under warranty, please send a query to [email protected]
Please provide your invoice number and give a description of the problem, their support team will assist you from there. Shopping Express may request that you provide a photo of the product in some cases.
How can I check my order status?
Once they pay for something, they expect to have a record and also know what is going on with the order. Shopping Express make sure their customers are not left in the dark about an order and worrying when they expect to receive the product. Their registered user can log in to their account to track the status of an order. Each status of an order will be updated live from processing, packing till dispatching so that their customers know what they have done to their order. Once the item is dispatched, they will receive a notification email informing them of the courier used and the associated tracking number. This piece of information will then be used for a customer as a guide on when they should expect the product after it left their warehouse. For a guest user, you will not be able to track the status and process of your order before they dispatch but will receive the same notification email once the item has been dispatched.
Can I cancel my order?
Before an item is being processed at their warehouse, you can cancel your order as long as you receive confirmation from them that your order can be cancelled or has been cancelled. Once it is dispatched, they cannot cancel it.
