What is the payment method?
Shuperb accepts VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Amazon Pay and PayPal.
Which couriers do you use for deliveries?
Shuperb uses Royal Mail & DPD for all UK deliveries. They use DHL for all international orders.
How do I find my tracking number for my delivery?
You should be able to find the tracking number on the dispatch email or your order history.
If there’s a style I’m looking for that isn’t listed, can you order it in?
If you can’t find a style on Shuperb website of a brand that they stock, please contact their customer services team by email or telephone and they will look into it for you.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you’d like to cancel an order, please contact Shuperb customer service team as soon as you can. They will need a written confirmation of cancellation via email but it’s best to call them as well. They will always do their best to process cancellation requests but they cannot guarantee that they will be able to cancel any order which is already placed, due to fast-moving nature of their warehouse and quick dispatching of goods.
What is the process for faulty items?
Shuperb is very sorry that your order was delivered to you in an unsatisfactory condition. Please email their customer service team on
[email protected] with photos of the issue including pictures of the upper and sole and they will do their best to resolve your issue. They will respond to you as soon as they can.
What is the return policy?
Shuperb offer a 30 days return period. If you purchased your item on or after 2nd June 2020, you will have 30 days from the date you received your item to return it to them for a refund or an exchange. Exchanges do not ‘reset’ the 30-day window. Your item must be returned in its original, undamaged packing and must be in an unworn condition.
