Sigma Beauty accepts all majors of Debit/Credit Cards, Google Pay, and PayPal.
Why is my coupon code not working?
Coupon codes of any kind will not apply to Influencer sets, Sigma Steals, Sigma x Glow Recipe ‘Hydrate & Glow’ Set, Master Artistry Collection, Practk® by Sigma Beauty®, Price Drops, or to any order when there is a sitewide discount automatically applied to each item.
In addition, coupon codes may have a minimum purchase requirement. For example, subscribing to email newsletters or text messages: $10 off a qualifying purchase of $40. Only one coupon code is allowed per order - this maximum includes vouchers.
Does Sigma ship to my country?
They offer worldwide shipping and can ship to most global destinations! You may find your destination on the country drop-down menu at checkout. If your destination country is not listed, please view a complete list of their Authorized Retailers here.
How can I update my shipping address?
Once an order has been placed they are unable to edit or modify any order information. You will receive a shipment notification with your tracking details once your order has been shipped. They recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier directly to inquire about a possible address update.
What is your return policy?
They hope you enjoy every Sigma product you purchase! However, if you are unsatisfied with the product(s) you have received, they will be happy to process a refund or an exchange for you.
*With the exception of 3DHD™ Blender, returns received within 59 days of the original transaction date are eligible for a refund to the original form of payment. Returns received within 60-90 days from the original transaction date will be processed as a store credit or exchange. Any returns received after 90 days will be returned to the sender.
*3DHD Blender is eligible for return or exchange if the return package is postmarked within 14 days of the original order date. Returns postmarked after 14 days will be returned to the sender.
*Original shipping and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and non-refundable.
*Please retain the tracking number of your return package for your records. Sigma is not responsible for return packages that are not received at our office.
*When returning orders in full, free gifts must also be returned. No refund of any kind will be issued until the free gift is received.
*Gift recipients may return items for an exchange or store credit when the original order number is provided.
*They reserve the right to deny a return request if excessive returns history is indicative of wardrobing.
*Free gifts are not eligible for exchange.

Please Note: Items purchased on SigmaBeauty.com must be returned via shipping carrier only. Returns cannot be hand-delivered to their office and cannot be returned to their Mall of America boutique. Only items purchased on SigmaBeauty.com will be accepted. All products purchased through the Sigma retail store at the Mall of America will not be processed and the package will be returned to the sender. Sigma reserves the right to deny a return if the item is deemed as counterfeit. Counterfeit items are not eligible for exchange or refund and will be returned to the sender. Sigma accepts returns for gently used products and has the right to deny a return or exchange at any time.
