What is your return policy?
If you would like to return an item that is new and unused and is in the original packaging, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt. To return items for an exchange or refund please log in to your account, select the order and check off the item/items you want to return/exchange. You can also call them toll-free at 888-405-4758 and one of their fully trained customer service representatives will start a return process with you.
When will I be refunded?
Once the returned item has been received and verified to have all original contents and packaging and confirmed to be free of damage, the refund credit process will begin. Customers will be refunded via the same method in which the item was purchased. Refunds are typically issued within 14 business days of final approval.
