Delivery Time

Soho Skincare Returns Policy

Soho Skincare offers a 90 Day Returns Policy.

Please contact Soho Skincare within 90 days of your order date if you wish to exchange or refund any item that you have purchased from them.

Please contact Soho Skincare before attempting to return your order or any part of your order. A Return Authorisation Number needs to be authorised by one of their Customer Service Team members prior to return. Without this Return Authorisation, they cannot accept your return.

Change of mind

• If you change your mind, Soho Skincare will request that this item be sent back to them in pristine condition.
• Soho Skincare will not organise or refund any postage costs to return the item/s that you have purchased, these are at your own expense. It is recommended that you use a trackable method of delivery which insures you for the value of the goods.

Received faulty

You must package the product with its original protective packaging, if the original packaging has been disposed of, another form of protective packaging is required to protect the product in transit.
• Once the product/s has been received by Soho Skincare and confirm the product is faulty, they will then replace damaged item/s, sending via Express Post at no additional cost to you.
• Please note, if your item is found without fault, Soho Skincare will resend the product back to you at a cost of $19.95 postage and handling, or they can hold it in-store until placement of your next order.
• If the item is no longer available, they will then arrange a refund via your original payment method.
