As long as your order hasn’t yet been despatched they’ll be happy to cancel/amend it for you where possible.
To modify or cancel your order, please go to the website.
If your order status is ‘Awaiting Preparation’, you can change your delivery address, the size of your product or cancel your order.
If your order status is ‘Preparation in Progress’, ‘Order in Transit’ or ‘Order Shipped’, no modifications can be made.

As soon as your order is shipped, Spartoo will send you an email with a link so that you can track your delivery online.
Click on this link and you’ll be automatically redirected to the transporter’s website. You will then be able to see where your parcel is.

You can use the tracking number to view up-to-date tracking on your order.
Spartoo ask if you could patiently wait up to 5 days after the promised delivery date to receive your parcel in case of a delivery delay, but they will do their best to get your parcel to you as fast as they can.
If you have still not received your order after this time, please contact them stating your order number and they will look into this for you.

Do you want to return something? No problem.
* You can return any item for a refund within 30 days of receiving your original order.
* You can also exchange your item within 30 days, as long as the new item is the same as the original product you ordered.
* Spartoo’ll send your replacement to the default delivery address on your account - they can’t send a replacement to an address that’s not your default delivery address.
* To check or update your address details, log in to My Account and go to ‘My Addresses’.
* If the item is out of stock in the size you have opted for, then a refund will be issued instead.
* If you want a different item, then you’ll need to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.
* Spartoo will refund the price you purchased your item at. This includes sale items.
* All goods will be inspected on return.
* The goods are your responsibility until they reach their warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way.
* Spartoo is not responsible for any items that are returned to them by mistake.
* In the unlikely event that an item is returned to them in an unsuitable condition, they may have to send it back to you.
