What is the payment method?
Tentworld accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Direct Deposit, PayPal and Zip.
Which method do you deliver?
They have accounts with several national delivery companies including (but not limited to): AusPost, Toll IPEC and Couriers Please to deliver their products around Australia. The services available and used for your order will depend on the destination, size, and weight of the items and delivery time frame.
Do you ship Internationa?
Currently, they do not ship internationally. Delivery is available within Australia only.
What if the item damaged in transit?
If a product arrives and is found to be damaged within 14 days of delivery, and Tentworld is notified within this time frame, Tentworld will cover the cost of any shipping required to or from the original delivery location in order to resolve the issue.
Depending on the type and extent of the damage Tentworld may decide to send the customer spare parts or the customer will be given a choice of either a replacement or a discount on the damaged item.
What is the return policy?
Goods may be returned to Tentworld’s online warehouse for credit or refund, providing the goods are in their original packaging, unused and in new condition within 2 weeks (14 days) of delivery. All associated freight costs for change of mind returns are at the customer’s expense.
If you paid for your purchase via Paypal, you may be eligible for a refund on your return shipping costs.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds are processed within 2 business days of being approved. Refunds are sent back using the original payment method (e.g. Paypal back to Paypal, Mastercard back to Mastercard). Depending on your financial institution it may take 4-5 business days for these funds to be made available in your account.
