How do I track my order?
When your order is dispatched we will send you an email to let you know. You can track your parcel at any time on the Royal Mail website using their tracker. You can also track your order on our website by logging into your account and viewing the ‘my orders’ section. If you order more than one item you may receive multiple shipment emails and items may arrive separately. At extremely busy periods or during times of disruption, some parcels may be subject to delays.
For Special and Express Delivery parcels, please contact them if you’ve not received your item after 3 working days. For standard delivery, please contact them if you have not received your parcel within 4 working days. For International Delivery please contact them if you have not received your parcel within 10 working days. Please note they cannot open an investigation into missing parcels until 10 working days have passed.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 4 pm are usually dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 4 pm will be dispatched the next working day. Please note orders placed after 4 pm on a Friday will not be dispatched until Monday. Orders made using their Amazon Checkout or V12 finance may be subject to delays. Special Delivery items are guaranteed by Royal Mail to arrive at their destination by 1 pm on the next working day. All delivery time frames exclude Bank Holidays.
During busy sale or seasonal periods, there may be delays on processing orders. They recommend that you order ahead of time to avoid disappointment.
How long does it take for an item to be engraved and delivered?
Engraved products may take up to 3 working days to be processed. This means that 3 working days should be added to your expected delivery date - including Express, Special, and Saturday delivery.
Please Note: During busy seasonal periods such as Christmas engraved items may take an additional 5 working days to arrive, so please order in plenty of time.
How to return or exchange an item?
Please return items by Royal Mail to T. H. Baker’s Head Office at the following address:

To enable them to process your return more efficiently, please fill out a return form to explain whether you want an exchange or refund, and remember to include your order number on the form along with relevant contact details and the reason for returning. They recommend that you return items via an insured and traceable method. Please remember to get a proof of postage receipt. Please note that they cannot be held liable for any items which go missing in the post and do not reach them.
When they receive a product returned to them for a refund and are satisfied with its condition and the reason for the return, they will process your refund for the full amount that was paid for the item using the same form of payment and account originally used for the purchase.
