HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
The People Vs process and ship orders as soon as possible. Either same day or next day so they cannot normally cancel your order. Please contact them as soon as possible for this request.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number for your reference to track your parcel.
WILL I BE CHARGED DUTY TAXES OR CUSTOMS?
All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. TPVS will declare the full $ value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.

I HAVE RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM?
All products have been quality controlled; however, if you have received an item with a manufacturing fault please contact The People Vs as soon as possible and include a photo of the fault before returning. They will replace the item if they have stock available or will issue you with a refund within 1 month of purchase. Anything outside this timeframe will be up to their discretion. Please note that wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault.
