Your order is packed and processed in 1-2 business days. Usually, orders placed before 2 pm are despatched on the same business day. Orders placed on weekends will be sent the next business day. You will be notified by email and your tracking number will be supplied.
Most customers will receive their shipment in 2-8 business days (next business day in the case of Melbourne metro) as long as the payments are made with instant clearance methods such as PayPal, MasterCard and VISA, the parcel weight is less than 5 kg and delivery address is a metro area.
Please note regional areas WA, NT and country areas take an additional 3-5 business days or more depending upon the location and delivery options available.
