If I want to return an item, do Travelan offer a refund?

Travelan don't offer refunds. However, they can exchange the item for you.

What are the conditions that my item must meet to be eligible for an exchange?

The item should meet the following conditions: The item should be un-opened, un-adulterated, sealed and in a saleable blister pack.They accept only purchases made directly from Immuron.com website.Concealed damage claims made within ten (10) business days of receipt.Product received in error or damaged in shipping if reported to Immuron Ltd. Manufacturing Quality department within seventy-two (72) hours of receipt and returned within ten (10) days of receipt.

What items can't be exchanged?

Items that cannot be returned are items purchased as short-dated or close-out inventory. Travelan also don't accept packages that arrive at their distribution centre without prior approval or items which were not included on the Return.

How can I return an item at Travelan?

To return an item, follow the following steps: Contact Travelan's Customer Service Department or their Manufacturing Quality Director by calling +61 388 924 854 to obtain a Return Authorization Request.Provide all pertinent item information such as Description, invoice numbers and expiration dates, and reasons for returning.Upon approval, Travelan will send you a Return Authorization Number that must be marked on the outside of the box.Do not mark shipping carton with actual product content.

I believe there is an error with my order?

Claims due to order fulfilment or computer errors must be reported within 5 business days of receipt and are refunded full value. Immuron Ltd. will provide a call tag for returns due to their error. These tags are only valid for 10 days and may only be used for products shipped in error.
