What is the shipping method?
Once Vape Mood has handed the package over to USPS or FedEx, it is now their responsibility. Vapemood do not guarantee transit times, if you are experiencing issues with your package in transit, please contact USPS directly at 1-800-275-8777 or FedEx at 1-800-463-3339.
What are the missing/broken items?
All missing and broken items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. All glass products, components and accessories are not covered under warranty unless the product arrived broken.
Buyer must understand and agree to pay for all shipping costs associated with returning the item(s). This includes non-reimbursement of any expedited shipping services selected at the time of purchase.
Outside of the scope mentioned above, they will not accept any returns for any reason. All Sales are Final.
However, if you receive your unit damaged or non-functioning upon arrival they will gladly replace the unit for you.
Vape Mood reserves the right to deny any return or exchange and may request additional information as a condition of a return or exchange.
What is the return policy?
Vapemood will accept any item that’s in its original, brand new and unopened packaging within 14 days of your receipt of the shipment. Vapemood will provide a full refund less a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs. Order cancellations are also subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
Note: Due to the nature of the devices that they sell, they cannot accept returns of any used products (for hygienic reasons).
