Parcel hasn’t arrived or is taking longer than expected?
Occasionally, and with circumstances out of their control, postage may take longer depending on your area, weather conditions, or trouble delivering with the delivery driver. In these instances, they recommend allowing an extra grace day. If you have still not received your package within the grace day, please contact customer services.

How will my order be delivered?
All orders are carefully packed in their warehouse using protective cardboard, air cushions, foam, or bubble wrap to ensure they arrive at you safely.
The packaging is plain with a return address on the outside to Vapoholic.
