Viamonda accepts VISA, Mastercard, and American Express.
Will I receive further information about the trip and the destination country after booking?
A few days after booking, the Viamonda travel expert responsible for your booking will introduce himself to you. In the coming weeks you will receive all important information on entry regulations and, if applicable, visa requirements as well as travel insurance.
Can I rebook or cancel trips?
If you want to change the travel date, change service components or change a fellow traveler or want to book value-added services and extras at a later date, please contact them directly. The contact options for this can be found on the website at the top right under “Contact them” or on the homepage under “Personal advice”.
You can also contact them if you, unfortunately, have to cancel your trip again.

When will I receive the travel documents?
After full payment of the total price up to 4 weeks before departure, they will send you your travel documents by e-mail no later than 10 days after receipt of payment.
When and how do I receive the travel confirmation?
Immediately after the online booking, you will receive an e-mail with links to the itinerary of your trip, the online travel planning, the travel confirmation/invoice, and the customer money security note from R&V Versicherung.
