What documents must Croatian minors present?
Children between the ages of 14 and 18 who travel to or from Croatia without their parents or legal guardians must present:
*a valid passport or
* a CNI, issued by the government as well as a permit in writing signed by parents or legal guardians. This permit must be certified by a Croatian embassy, consulate or local authorities. Otherwise, an official sworn translation into Croatian will be required.
How can I submit a claim?
They sincerely apologize for any inconvenience they may have caused. If your flight has been delayed or cancelled, you can send them a claim via their online form.
Depending on the claim type, they will let you know how to proceed and which documents you need to provide.
Can I make changes to my booking?
Via the booking section of their website, you can change the dates, change the origin and/or destination and change the name of the passengers on the booking. You can make date or destination changes from the moment you receive the email confirmation of your reservation and up to 7 days before flight departure. You can change the name up to 4 hours before your flight departure. The name change option is not available if you have already flown your outward flight neither if passenger is a Megavolotea member. If you have purchased the Flex plan, then you can make unlimited changes to the date and the itinerary up to 4 hours before your flight departure, with no additional cost (you would only have to accept any possible changes to corresponding fares). Check the additional fees for date/name/itinerary changes in the service fees table. Besides the change fee, you would need to pay the fare difference between the original flight and the new one at the time of the change (if there is any). Please notice that if the new flight has a lower price than the original one, Volotea will not refund the difference.
How do I request a refund of airport fees for a flight I have not taken?
If you want to request a refund of airport fees for a flight you have not been able to take, you should contact their Customer Care Support Center.
