How can I pay for my booking?
Voyagin accepts all major Debit and Credit Cards.
How do I make a booking?
When you click the “Book Now” or “See Options” button, you will be able to choose one or more options and book the activity. After that, you will be prompted to review your order and enter your payment information. You can either pay via Credit Cards or with PayPal.
What is the Voyagin service fee?
Their service fee is the cost for their team to handle your booking. Their team contacts suppliers, restaurants, and partners to make your booking successful.
How can I edit the content of my activity?
Once an activity is published, there are details of the page that can be edited by the host through the dashboard, while other details need to be done by Voyagin.
Can I cancel after booking?
They understand that plans change. That’s why they offer free cancellation when possible. You can refer to your booking summary to check the cancellation policy of each activity.
Can I amend/change my booking?
Voyagin completely understand that plans change! For most activities, it is possible to make changes to your booking.
Please refer to the “Cancellation Policy” of your booking. If it is before the cancellation due date, please send a message to the host on your “Dashboard” by logging into Voyagin’s website.
If the cancellation due date has passed, unfortunately, you cannot change your booking. For unforeseeable circumstances, they recommend contacting your travel insurance company.
Will I receive a refund after I cancel my booking?
The experience’s cancellation policy will determine whether or not you receive a full refund. You are entitled to a full refund under the following conditions:
- Your booking is still in review
- You cancel your booking before the cancellation due date.
