W Hamond offer a simple and easy returns process on all orders with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Refunds and exchanges can be requested within 30 days of the date of dispatch. Please note, if you choose to exchange your item, a refund will not be offered for the exchanged item unless the product is faulty.
