Common questions about our Booktopia promo codes
Does Booktopia offer student discounts?
Yes, they do! They’ve partnered with a variety of student loyalty platforms to offer their customers exclusive student discounts on their orders. To unlock this deal, simply verify your student status at checkout.
I forgot to apply my Booktopia discount code to my order! Can I still use it?
Booktopia tries their best to fulfil and dispatch orders as fast as possible. That said, there is a very limited timeframe in which they can modify orders. If you would like to modify your order in any way, contact their customer service team as soon as possible.
What do I do if my Booktopia promo code isn’t working?
First, ensure that you have not entered the discount code into the wrong field at checkout. If that is not causing the issue, then ensure the titles in your cart are eligible for the discount. If you require further assistance, be sure to contact Booktopia’s customer service team.
When will my order arrive?
This will vary depending on the items in your cart as well as your chosen delivery option. Each individual product on Booktopia’s site comes with a specific shipping timeframe which you can use as an estimate when placing your order.
Please note that your order may be split if it contains items with different shipping timeframes.
Can I pick my order up?
Unfortunately, Booktopia does not offer order pickups at their distribution centre. All orders placed on their website will require a personal or business address in order to be shipped.
