What we need from you:

Your name & email — so we can reach out if we have any questions about your submission.
Store name & URL — the full website address of the retailer offering the coupon.
Offer details — a clear title describing the discount, the coupon code itself (if applicable), and a direct link to the offer page.
Terms & conditions — any restrictions, minimum spend requirements, or expiry dates that apply.
