What if arrived order is damaged?
If you received your order damaged, please contact store@eventide.com, and they will assist you with filing a claim with the carrier. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
What is your return policy?
They accept returns within 14 days of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, they can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Hardware products come with a 1-year warranty. Contact support@eventide.com if you require repair.
Will I be able to get a refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, they will send you an email to notify you that they have received your returned item.
