Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed?
Due to Bardot’s quick processing and dispatch times, they are unable to cancel or make any changes to your order once it has been placed, this includes changes to your address, items, delivery method and other related stuff.
How do I purchase an eGift Card?
Simply click ‘Gift Cards’ in the menu below and fill out the details, including your recipient’s name and email address, add your message and amount and then add to your bag.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed after 1pm will be sent by the following business day and it takes 1-3 business days via express post delivery Australia-wide. For international orders, it can take up to five business days to reach you.
Why hasn’t my order shipped yet?
Orders placed before 1pm Melbourne time Monday - Friday will be dispatched same day. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the next business day.
