Can I refund a sale item?

Items that are purchased as permanently reduced stock cannot be returned for a Refund unless deemed faulty.

In this case, the Online Department needs to be notified and the order needs to be returned back to our Online Department for assessment.

If the item is deemed faulty by our team, a Refund will be issued for the amount paid.

If your item is not faulty you can return your Sale item for an Online Store Credit, or return it in store for an Exchange or Instore Credit Note only.

What is Forcast returns policy?

Forcast offers returns within 30 days from receiving your order when purchased online.

Does Forcast offer an exchange service?

Unfortunately, Forcast do not process exchanges within their Online Department however they can issue a credit note for the item which will allow you to repurchase the correct size.

However, if you have a local Forcast store, you can take the item in for an exchange as long as you have your invoice and the garment follows the returns policy.
