The easiest and cheapest way to make a change to your booking is to log in to My Account and request the amendment there. With some ferry companies, they'll be able to confirm your amendment straight away, but if they can't, they'll do their best to have it confirmed within 48 hours.
Unless you have set up a credit account with them, you must pay for each booking at the time of booking, before a confirmation is issued. Payment can be made by credit card or debit card. Corporate/Commercial cards are subject to a 2% surcharge.
If the ticket purchased permits cancellation then the booking may be cancelled and refunded subject to these Booking Conditions and the Operator Terms.
