Does Bugaboo ships Worldwide?
No, Bugaboo ships only in Australia.
What is your return policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 90 days of the original purchase date to receive a full refund. If you would like to return the product, please keep in mind that the product must be unused and returned in the state you received it, preferably in the original packaging. Of course, the product can be taken out of the packaging to see if it is according to your expectation. If the product is damaged when trying the product, there is a chance that you won’t get the full refund. You will have to return the product(s) to them at your own cost.
How and how do I get my refund?
Refund depends on your selected payment method. If you paid for your order by credit card, PayPal or Klarna, the money will be refunded to the (credit) card / PayPal account that was used for the original payment. If you paid by Ideal or bank transfer, the money will be transferred to your bank account. In that case, they will contact you for your bank account details for the refund. After you inform them of your decision to cancel the purchase, they will refund your payment as soon as possible and no later than 14 days. They may, however, withhold the refund until they have received the product(s), or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the product(s). Please know once the refund has been triggered, it might take up to 9 working days to have it reflected on your bank account.
The products in my order are not correct. What should I do?
