Knowing how to track your order is pretty important. They will send out a shipping confirmation, which will include a tracking number, once your order has a shipping label attached. If you do not see your tracking email in your inbox, be sure to check your spam and junk mail folders, because sometimes their stuff will wind up in there.
How to return an item?
Returning an item is a fairly simple process! To make the returning process as easy as possible, they have a fancy return centre that will guide you through the process of returning your order! To begin the process of returning an order or item, just click the “Returns/Exchanges” button on the left-hand side!

What is the return policy?
The following criteria must be met in order to be eligible for an exchange, return, or refund.
*Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the original order date.
*Item(s) returned for a refund will incur an 18% restocking fee.
*Item(s) must be new, unused and in their original packaging, along with all accessories.
*Item(s) must be accompanied by the packing slip generated from the return process noted above.
*Item(s) must be returned via a traceable shipping method with delivery confirmation.
*All shipping costs must be pre-paid by the party returning the merchandise (i.e. the customer).
*Returned items eligible for a refund will be refunded for the cost of the item returned only, minus the 18% restocking fee. They do not refund shipping costs.
PLEASE NOTE: If a return is denied based on the above criteria, they will NOT automatically call and/or return the item to you.
