What is Myprotein's returns policy?
You must inspect your item as soon as possible after receiving it and always before using it. Before returning any things to them, please make sure you have a returns authorisation number. You have the right to alter your mind. Myprotein have all done it: placed an order for something only to discover later that it is no longer required. Under Myprotein's 14-day return policy, which begins the day after you get the item, you have 14 days to return it. It's really easy; just follow the instructions outlined below (see the 'Returns and Refunds' section). All things must be returned unused and in the same condition as when they were delivered to you. Please make sure that when you receive an item, you treat it with care when trying it on/inspecting it, for example, that any security seals or tags are still intact.
