He was already working to repair enhance relationships with UPS and ensured my luggage repair was expedited at the repair facility. The issue I encountered was on the return of my suitcase... When I received my suitcase from the El Camino luggage repair company, they replaced my tags with non-samsonite tags that not only were a different style but did not fit together and did not fully close. Safe to say I was very upset... Joshua and Louis did not hesitate to immediately look into the issue but also went above and beyond by going to upper management and fully replacing my luggage. Zipper tags may seem like a small issue, but it is not when you pay 400 dollars for a piece of luggage for the locking ability and warranty, which is why I was willing to pay the price in the first place. Due to the customer service as stated previously, I am remaining a loyal customer and purchased a matching roller at store 123 from Joshua and Louis. I can't say thank you enough to Joshua and Louis!! thank you for your customer service and outstanding support!!! You are the standard!’

To comply with the terms and conditions of the warranty they ask that you have a Samsonite Authorised Repair Centre repair your luggage. While any qualified luggage repair facility can care for your luggage, only Samsonite Authorised Repair Centers are authorised to carry out warranty repair work. Most Samsonite suitcases come with a fixed TSA (Transport Security Administration) combination lock. You will need to set the combination on the lock to secure the suitcase, there is no key. There is a keyhole, however, this is only for TSA officers to open and close the lock for luggage inspection. Luggage locks approved by the TSA have a universal master key that will open the locks. Only the TSA have a copy of this master key.
You must have the lockset on your original combination. All locks are set to a default of 0-0-0 at the factory.
