Does Vitable ship Worldwide?
No, Vitable ships only in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.
What is your return policy?
Unfortunately, as your Vitable order has been made especially for you, they do not accept returns as they are unable to repurpose your order for someone else. However, you can cancel any upcoming orders by pausing your subscription.
Can I cancel an order?
Please note they’re not able to edit or cancel orders once they’ve been processed, as their vitamin packs are made fresh to order!
You can cancel an upcoming order by pausing your subscription. After logging in > select ‘My Pack’ under your name > ‘Account Settings’ > click the ‘Pause Subscription’ button. If your order has already been processed, the cancellation will be effective as of your next order.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been processed you will receive an email containing a tracking link for your pack. If you are having trouble or experiencing delays, email them at [email protected]
and they’ll be able to provide you with your tracking link.
What is the status of my order?
Vitable update you on the status of your order when they are preparing it, and then when it has been shipped with an estimated delivery date. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account, selecting ‘My Pack’ > ‘Order History’.
