What is the payment method?
365 Data Science accepts all the major of Credit/Debit Card, Amazon Pay, and PayPal.
Will I get a certificate of completion?
You can receive two types of certificates for this program.
These certificates are beautiful confirmations that you have completed an individual course in the program. They are automatically generated from their Learning platform and you will receive a notification by email for each one that you’ve unlocked. Currently, you can receive up to 27 such certificates.
Certificate of Completion for the entire training
Once you finish the entire program by completing all courses, exercises, and assignments, they will send you a personal and verifiable certificate which you can add to your resume, post on LinkedIn, and send to future employers.
The certificate will prove that you have gained a vast number of data science skills and are competent for the position of a data scientist or a data analyst.
How does the monthly subscription payment take place?
The monthly subscription amount will be automatically deducted from your account every month, on the date of the month on which you made your initial purchase.
For instance, if your first billing was completed on May 14th, your second billing will automatically take place on June 14th, the third billing will take place on July 14th and so on.

Can I receive invoices for my monthly payments?
You will receive an automated invoice by email for your first payment. The sender will be registered as 365 Data Science Payments.
To access all of your invoices, please go to your Subscription Management page and navigate to Billing History. You will be able to download an invoice for each successful payment you have made.
Note that the invoices will contain all required information for EU VAT purposes.

How can I track my overall progress in the program?
For the time being, their platform shows progress for the individual courses. Once you have completed all individual courses, you will have completed the whole program.
How does the 30-day refund work?
Not completely satisfied with the program? Don’t worry – they have a 30-day refund policy. Within 30 days of your initial subscription, you can ask for a refund. Just send them an email at [email protected] and they will refund your purchase. Your money will be returned straight into the bank account you used for the purchase.
Effectively, your Premium student status will be lost and your access to their learning materials will be suspended.
Please allow for 3-7 business days until you see the amount on your balance depending on your country and bank.
